BANG BANG NOODLES

Ingredients:

  • Stockwell’s Bang Bang Sauce

  • Pre cooked noodles – as per instruction on pack

  • Stir fry vegetables of your choice

  • Finely sliced pork, beef or chicken

Cooking Instructions

  • In a pan or wok stir fry your sliced pork, beef or chicken until thoroughly cooked

  • Stir-fry the vegetables, we like root vegetables and red peppers.

  • Pop back in the meat and cooked noodles add 4 tablespoons of bang bang sauce and toss together.

  • Can be served hot or cold.

Signature FRITTATA

Ingredients:

 

Cooking Instructions:

  • Peel & dice your potatoes approx. 1 large potato per person.

  • Par boil them until just soft.

  • Grease a oven proof dish, toss in the drained potatoes, add finely chopped garlic and sun dried tomato . (If using Drummond House Scape whisk a tablespoon into the eggs)  

  • Whisk the free range eggs, season well and add a pinch of Oregano, pour over the potatoes and pop into the oven on a medium heat. Gas Mark 5  fan 150C degrees. Cook for approx. 30-40 mins, when the frittata is cooked through, top with cheese and return back to oven until melted.

  • Can be served hot or cold.
